1. Connect wearable devices and accounts from Apple Health, Strava or Fitbit to monitor your activity and track your progress
2. Add data such as reps, sets and weights within your Add A Workout function to review your progress over time in your Records function
3. To add a workout head to the Fitness You tab and access the Add A Workout section
