1. Tap to access the Fitness tab
2. Swipe across to Exercise
3. Tap the Programme you want to start
4. Tap Sign Up to begin the programme
5. Tap Schedule
6. Tap the slider next to Schedule this Programme to manage your scheduling
7. Tap the on each day you want to complete the Programme; you can select up to 4 days
8. Once you have selected your days, tap Confirm to save your schedule settings
