1. Tap to access the Fitness tab
2. Scroll down and tap Add A Workout
3. Tap Add
4. Begin typing your activity, i.e. Sit up, in the search bar
5. Tap the activity from the results list to select
6. When the item appears in your list, tap to add Sets, Reps or Weights. Tap Confirm to save
7. Give your Workout a name and enter the date of the Workout
8. Tap Save to manually log the Workout
