How to view your saved items:
1. Go into Fitness, this represented by the weight icon.
2. Then make sure you're in the "You" section. You'll be able to see this at the top of your screen.
3. Scroll down the page until you see the heading "Saved Items".
4. To delete any saved items click on the bookmark icon on the left. This will permanently remove that item from your list. Within your saved library you can switch between items gathered from Fitness and Lifeline, as well as removing workouts, programmes or articles you are done with and no longer have interest in.
You can also view your saved items within Lifeline. Just swipe down and left from the weather and step feature, and you'll be able to see them there.
